Your first task is to familiarize yourself with our new ERP System Microsoft Dynamics FO365, and the procedures, so you can start resolving tasks. One of the tasks that takes up much of your time is handling vendor invoices. This means handling the process from uploading invoices into our electronic invoice system to accounting and reconciliation. However the tasks are diverse, so you must thrive with variation.

It is important that you work systematically and prioritize tasks, and you must be able to navigate in a working environment where priorities change.

We are currently in the process of adopting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, so knowledge of the system would be an advantage, but not a requirement.

Your primary tasks:

  • Vendor management: invoice handling, payments and reconciliations
  • Expense management: travel expenses and MasterCard settlements
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accounting and reconciliations
  • Participation in audits
  • Follow up on and optimize internal processes, so we work efficiently
  • Contribute to monthly and annual financial closing

We imagine that you:

  • are persistent, follow up on tasks and see them through to completion
  • take pride in meeting deadlines
  • are service minded, outgoing and thrive with being proactive
  • have a relevant education within finance
  • speak and write both Danish and English

We have high expectations

Precision and order make you happy. You work in a structured manner and gladly help with ad-hoc tasks. Your colleagues greatly appreciate that they can count on you for help. Your engagement and good spirits rub off, and you contribute to a good working environment. It’s been a good day when you have checked off multiple tasks on your to-do list.

In return, we offer

You will become part of a Finance Department consisting of 7 employees. We have flexible work hours with the possibility of working from home. On Thursdays, we meet across departments and professional boundaries for a morning meeting, where we share knowledge, eat breakfast, and sing a communal song. We are ambitious, think innovatively and work together across teams to create the best solutions. And last but not least, we have a vegetarian lunch arrangement and all the coffee you care to drink.
